Paul Sassin has been involved in the lighting business for 15 years. Over the years, Paul has worked with thousands of customers in the residential, commercial, and municipal spaces in metro Detroit. His diverse experience includes research and development, sales, service and installation of all types of lighting.
Our goal is to make each lighting system specifically for you. Virtually any effect can be created with the right light positioned correctly. Understanding the viewpoints, light levels, sight lines, and other techniques are keys to a proper design. This is why the night time demonstration is so valuable; it gives you the opportunity to see the potential in your home at night.
Even the best designed system will operate poorly if not installed correctly. Lux Landscape Lighting, only uses the highest quality materials in our installations. All fixtures and transformers have a lifetime warranty. Wiring to the fixtures is done in the hub system to regulate voltage and increase lamp life. Safeguards above and beyond the standard are built into our systems, such as multiple fuse link protection. Lux Landscape Lighting will do a maintenance check of our installations for one year at no cost. Upon completion every new install receives an “as build” binder with critical information about your lighting system. In this binder you find an information sheet with locations and photos of all transformers and hubs. Pictures of specific fixtures, as well warranty information, and lamp replacement guide are also included.
